The items must be unused and unwashed, unless specified otherwise. Our products can only be returned or exchanged if they are found defective or have any manufacturing defects.

Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

Reach out to us at support@morabwears.com and write to us about the defects or incorrect items, if encountered, mentioning your order details.
Include images, videos, and other potential explanations as evidence to highlight that the defects are from our manufacturing end.
Once verified, we will start working on the return or exchange for the respective products accordingly.

Repair, Replacement, & Refund Policy:

If feasible, obtain a no-cost repair service for the corresponding items.

Get an exchange for defective or incorrect items.

Secure a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.
